Woodstock Guitars is a Ukrainian company founded in Kyiv, building electric guitars and bass guitars largely by hand using locally sourced Ukrainian wood. The J-Standard is Woodstock's take on the classic J-Bass format, built for players who need a well-balanced, versatile passive bass across a range of styles.
The body is solid Ukrainian alder finished in Surf Green satin, paired with a maple bolt-on neck and maple fingerboard. A steel bridge with brass saddles enhances string-to-body vibration transfer for added sustain and tuning stability. Two J-style single-coil pickups are controlled by individual volume controls and a master tone. Does not include a gig bag — we recommend the Die Hard Essential Series Bass Gig Bag.
