Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@wmguitars.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Accepted returns will be shipped under the responsibility of the recipient. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), care goods (such as instrument cleaning products) & Amp Valves/Tubes.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Claims can only be issued to the original purchaser/receipt holder.
Right To Repair or Replacement
Replacement or repair is at WM Guitars Ltd. and or associated companies' discretion.
If the attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may then claim a refund or a price reduction if you wish to keep the product. Beyond the first 14 days of ownership, you're entitled to a full or partial refund instead of a repair or replacement if any of the following is true.
*An attempt at repair or replacement has failed.
*The cost of the repair or replacement is disproportionate to the value of the goods or
Digital content.
*A repair or replacement is impossible.
*A repair or replacement will cause you significant inconvenience.
*A repair or replacement will take an unreasonable amount of time.
If a repair or replacement is not possible, or an attempt at repair fails, or the replacement also turns out to be defective, you can reject the goods for a full refund. If you don't want a refund and still want the product repaired or replaced, you have the right to request that WM Guitars Ltd. and or associates make further attempts at a repair or replacement. If you discover the fault within the first six months of having the product, it is presumed to have been there since the time you took ownership of it unless WM Guitars Ltd and or associates can prove otherwise.
WM Guitars Ltd can not make any deductions from your refund in the first six months following an unsuccessful attempt at repair or replacement. If a fault develops after six months, the burden is on you to prove that the product was faulty at the time you took ownership of it. Service items e.g. strings & batteries are not included in the warranty terms unless faulty. WM Guitars Ltd will not accept any claims involving injury, damage to third parties, loss of income, or any other grief, inconvenience, or payments in any warranty claim.
Misuse
Failure to drivers, end-stage transistors, or tubes could be classed as misuse. Using alternate tunings than the instrument was originally set up for or storage in an unsuitable environment will be classed as misuse. Alterations by yourself or third parties will invalidate the warranty with WM Guitars Ltd and the relevant manufacturer, this includes but is not limited to; Changing or modification of parts, any setup done either by yourself or a third party (unless specifically approved by WM Guitars LTD, WM Guitars LTD can only comply with a registered business with VAT Number), removal of any protective film layers (i.e. Pickguard protector film), any action that may alter the item from the condition it was sent in (This includes but is not limited to the fitting of any parts bought from us i.e soldering a pot, so check all items are working before use as they cannot be returned after).
Special orders
Special orders, special order parts, custom parts & handmade parts are non-refundable and can not be exchanged unless proven faulty at the time of purchase. Shipping, import, licensing (CITES) customs declaration charges may apply and are non-refundable
Commission sales
Commission sales fees, test, and CITES costs are on behalf of the seller. Commission sales are on behalf of the customers involved only and therefore can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 3-month warranty on labour only if a defect occurs. set up issues not included. Free setup and service are not included. Commission rates will vary depending on the lot.
Vintage, Antique & Collectable items:
Vintage, antique, and collectable items are sold solely as collectable, ornamental, or display only, with no warranty or claims about their functionality or originality.
These Items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless stated otherwise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check, recommission and safety check any item with a competent engineer before putting the product to use. Some of these products may need modification in order to comply with modern safety regulations.
Electrical items can only be sold if a successful PAT test has been completed, regardless of their functionality or originality. Any such item can degrade in value if modifications or repairs were to be made to comply with modern safety regulations regardless of functionality. Vintage, antique, collectable sales fees, test, CITES cost on behalf of WM Guitars Ltd.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
