WHEN BUYING A GUITAR

• Please be aware that all guitars may take between 1 to 2 weeks before dispatch. This is because we like to ensure that each instrument is professionally set up before we send it.
• This £100 value added set up can be set to your specifications, upon purchase we will contact you with a form where you can specify details if you wish; action height, string gauge, etc. 
• All guitars are sent double boxed via courier.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING

• We can only ship within the UK mainland.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• Guitars are sent via Parcelforce, other smaller items via Royal Mail.

 

PARCELFORCE SHIPPING POLICY

UK delivery

Deliveries to UK recipients are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. Each parcel is fully tracked, so that you can check the progress of your items through to delivery.

 

Delivery policy

We deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed. Please ensure that the recipient's telephone number is included for both UK and overseas deliveries.
